Description:  Schools were historically placed in strategic and visible locations in communities.  As populations shifted, consolidation increased, and  many schools were abandoned or sold.  Almost Every community has a former school that is currently underutilized.  Come learn how community leaders have approached the abandoned schools in their areas.
