Conference rates are available at the Oglebay Resort throughout the duration of the conference. Oglebay Resort has several types of rooms and discounted rates have been secured for each option. Conference rates can be booked online or by calling 877-436-1797 and requesting the WV Brownfield Conference. Rates are available through August 12.
Please note that some room types may have exterior entrances. If you would prefer an interior entrance only, it is recommended that you book your reservation by phone to make that request.
Byrd Wing – $129/night
Amenities include flat-screen TV, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer.
West Wing – $159/night
Located in the newly renovated West Wing of Wilson Lodge. Amenities include Refrigerator, Wet Bar, Flat Screen TV, Coffee Pot, Hair Dryer, Iron/Ironing Board, high-speed internet.
Lakeside with View – $179/night
Guestrooms feature rich wood and granite, LCD televisions, wet bar, deluxe bathrooms with indulgent bath products. The premium king rooms also feature gas fireplaces, hair dryer, ironingboard/iron, bath robes, and high-speed wireless internet.
