The Environmental Protection Agency expects to post guidelines for FY14 Brownfields Assessment, Cleanup and Revolving Loan Fund Grant proposals on it’s website around October 1.  Below you will find a link to a downloadable file designed to help applicants prepare for FY14 ARC proposals.
