The West Virginia Water Research Institute (WVWRI) is seeking candidates for a Public Relations Coordinator. The successful applicant will coordinate and implement outreach activities for WVWRI and will develop communication strategies to promote the mission, enhance the image, and maintain the reputation of WVWRI, West Virginia’s premier water research institute.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field;
- 2 – 4 years’ public relations, event planning, and writing and editing experience;
- 1 – 2 years’ supervisory experience;
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Product branding
