WVU Brownfields, Abandoned, & Dilapidated Buildings is a program within West Virginia University’s Northern WV Brownfields Assistance Center. The WVU BAD Buildings program provides technical assistance, research, and other resources to rural communities to address abandoned and dilapidated properties.
